Hi! I'm Renato Lazo-Paz. I am a Finance enthusiast with a special interest in empirical asset pricing, institutional investors (Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, ETFs), and factor investing. 

My empirical research about ETFs and stock price fragility has been published in The Journal of Financial Markets, and my work relating to anomalies and crowding is under review at The Journal of Banking and Finance.  

I will join CPP Investments as an Associate in the Systematic Strategies Group in the spring of 2025
